Registration & Court Referral Fees

 CHOICE requires a fee of 25.00 per session for those referred by the District Court and/or self-referrals.  Indigent consumers are required to meet with their probation officers, who will contact us regarding possible special arrangements.


Aseesements and additional services are TBD at the time of
